You’re feeling wistful, restless, frustrated, and lethargic.
You can’t put your finger on it but your whole being feels “down”.
You’re living Groundhog days, just going through the motions.
Every day seems to strangely resemble the day before.
What’s more, you’ve started asking yourself some serious “life rocking” questions:
is this what I can expect for the rest of my life? Isn’t there anything else? I’m sure I’m meant to be doing something else but what?

Well, hello there and welcome!
You’ve suddenly become a bona fide member of the “Big Birthday” Club.
Rest assured, you’re not the only member, there are lots of us. Big birthdays tend to give us the much-needed “kick up the booty” to jumpstart our lives.
I joined when I turned 40. For some, it’s earlier, for others, later.
It all depends on when your Wake-Up Call arrives and whether you decide to pick up the phone…

So what do you do when this happens?

Well, you could hire a coach like me to help you find your vision and passion and lead you to your true purpose in life!
But if you’re not quite ready for that yet, why not start reflecting on your own?

Here’s a few questions to get you started:

•If time or money was no object, what would I be doing with my life?
•What does my ideal life look like?
•What have I always loved to do?
•What do other people say I’m good at?
•What did I want to do when I was growing up (before I became all sensible and stopped listening to my intuition)?
•What makes me feel alive & happy and how can I do more of it?

Why should you?

Because when you start creating the life you’re “meant” to be living, doing the things that you love and fulfilling your true potential, life suddenly gets bigger, better, happier and a whole lot more exciting!

But do you have the courage to embark on a journey towards a great existence instead of an average life?

Don’t let your aspirations, dreams and longings be swept away under the carpet or hidden at the back of the closet.

Go in hunt of your buried treasure and bring forth your inner jewels!!
